Recipe summaries

Super-easy salmon fish cakes

Nadiya’s salmon fish cakes are a great way to introduce more fish into your kids’ diet, as well as being incredibly easy to make. Nadiya uses garam masala to lightly spice her fish cakes, which also includes a mix of herbs for freshness.

Gooey s’mores cookies

Nadiya’s irresistible s’mores cookies combine two of the best sweet treats: cookies and s’mores (an American-inspired camping recipe consisting of toasted marshmallows and chocolate, sandwiched between sweet crackers). There’s no need for a campfire with this recipe, though!

Caramel cornflake brownies

Nadiya’s caramel cornflake-topped brownies come with an excellent crunch. The rich chocolate brownie is topped with cornflakes that have been tossed in caramel. This recipe calls for a real sweet tooth.
