A true programmatic pioneer, Tom launched Admeld (first programmatic platform for publishers) in Europe before its sale to Google, where he helped establish Google's premium programmatic business. Tom additionally co-founded WomenPresent.com, a platform to connect female speakers with events looking to increase diversity and quality of content.
