Jo began her career in entertainment in 1999 as a radio presenter, producer and showbiz reporter, carving out a reputation for securing the biggest names and telling the stories that audiences wanted to hear. Over more than a decade she reported from the world’s most iconic red carpets and events - including the Oscars, BAFTAs, Brits and Live 8 - while interviewing everyone from Madonna and Michael Jackson to Brad Pitt, George Clooney and even Tony Blair. By 2011, she was heading up artist liaison for Global, managing A-list performers at massive live shows like Capital’s Summertime and Jingle Bell Balls, and working with stars including Coldplay, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars and Alicia Keys.

In 2013, Jo joined Bauer Media UK, launching a new entertainment and lifestyle hub to deliver award-winning content across Bauer’s audio and publishing brands. Today, as Director of Video and Entertainment, she leads a brilliant team of video producers, talent bookers, content creators and reporters at the heart of Bauer’s portfolio. She has spearheaded the creation of the Social Video Hub, transforming Bauer’s approach to social and branded content and driving growth across platforms. Known for her creative vision, strong industry relationships and ability to turn ideas into content that cuts through, Jo has built a collaborative, innovative culture while raising the bar on video production quality. With over 20 years of experience, she has become a trusted name in entertainment - passionate about making bold, talent-led content that grabs attention, fuels engagement and leaves a lasting impact.
