Deborah Gbdadamosi (pronounced: Bad-a-moss-ee) is the new EMEA CEO for Brand Advance Group. She has more than 25 years of media experience at companies such as Microsoft, HMD Global, Publicis and more recently Mindshare. During that time she has been responsible for global media delivery for brands Unilever, P&G, HSBC, Ford and many others. In the last three years Deborah has also been involved in driving change in the way audiences are selected and included in brand campaigns, to ensure under-represented communities are given due care and consideration as a viable and important target audience. Moving to Brand Advance will allow her to have a single minded focus in this area, particularly in improving data representation, broadening the spectrum of influencers and content creators from different cultures, and upskilling the industry on how to plan more inclusively.
