Deborah is the CEo of Dulcie Media, an agency focused on supporting brands on marketing inclusively.
During the course of the last three years, Deborah has been recognised as one of the Top 50 Leading Women in Europe, by Ad Age; and recipient of a Campaign Magazine award for Contributions to Diversity & Inclusion. In July 2023 she was the proud recipient of an Influential Businesswoman Award: Most Inspirational Insights-Tech CEO. Deborah has written a number of insights reports on cultural campaign effectiveness, by industry sector. And contributed to the Exchange Wire Industry Review 2023.
Most recently, she joined the IAA exco, as Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
Deborah is a regular panellist, moderator, and keynote speaker on the topic of media inclusion, cultural representation and brand growth.
With over 25 years in the ad industry, Deborah has spent the majority of her career in networked agencies, from Publicis to WPP. Her tech background gave her a natural transition into digital strategy and global partnerships for P&G, Reckitt, HP, Ford and HSBC. She also had the opportunity to spend two years in the global agency team at Microsoft Advertising, with a further two years client side at HMD Global - Nokia Phones, as the Head of Global Media. Before starting her own agency, she was the CEO at Brand Advance Group, an adtech business focused on serving the underserved.
