Creative Equals, a global inclusion consultancy, started as a side-hustle by the award-winning digital ex-editor/Creative Director Ali Hanan in 2016. Throughout her 20+ year career, she saw the impact of the lack of diversity at the creative, media, design and tech table. The organisation believes in ‘unlocking growth through inclusion’ focusing on the four ‘Cs’: Culture, Campaigns, Consumers and Communities.
In the UK, Europe and across the globe, Creative Equals work with the Government Equalities Office, the Department of Culture, Media and Sport, creative trade sector bodies (IPA, World Federation of Advertisers, EACA, Advertising Association, British Independent Film Awards, BAFTA, BIMA, IAB and more). The organisation partners with ambitious brands on their journey, like News UK, Daily Mail Group, Philips, Reckitt, H&M Group, Saddlers Wells and more.
