This category is for publishers who can demonstrate the effective implementation of new approaches to managing and resourcing their business. Our jury will be looking for inspiring examples of publishing businesses who are, for example, implementing new structures or departmental collaborations, or developing AI-driven, tech-driven, and/or entrepreneurial improvements to ensure that all teams are working more effectively to deliver improved profitability.
