Nikki Sehgal is the General Manager of Media For All [MEFA], a network for Black, Asian and Ethnic Minorities working in the media and advertising industry. MEFA exists to help people of colour thrive in the industry and increase its diversity of talent. Through our mentoring programs, events, and industry outreach, we have built a safe community for driving change through connecting and learning.
