Currently the Global Head of Revenue Yield Management and Operations at Economist Impact. I specialise in maximising yield and operational efficiency through implementation and refinement of digital commercial technologies. I have worked in the publishing industry over the last 13 years, with previous employers including Dennis Publishing, Conde Nast and The Guardian. Throughout my career I have worked on providing operational and commercial support across direct, programmatic and internal marketing propositions & technologies. I now use this holistic view of the publisher commercial stack to help unify the opportunities and insights each of these areas present, and optimise them in order to maximise the return publishers receive from their digital properties.
