Collective bolsters UK team to reflect programmatic vision for 2016

London, UK – April 2016 – Collective, a leader in digital brand advertising, has announced a reshuffle of its UK sales team to reflect the growing nature of the business, which includes the creation of a programmatic director role.

 

Andy Sophocli and Paul Lowrey, currently joint group heads at Collective, will take up the newly-created roles of programmatic director and strategy director, respectively, with immediate effect.

 

Sophocli’s appointment comes as part of Collective’s 2016 vision to transition from a managed service business to a programmatic business.

 

“Andy’s extensive experience in digital brand advertising and his programmatic understanding makes him the right man to deliver our market leading digital brand offering either direct to Collective or programmatically,” said Dominic Woolfe, Director of Sales, UK at Collective. “The new programmatic director role is a critical appointment that will help us deliver on this key strategic goal.”

 

Meanwhile, Lowrey takes up the role of Strategy Director in which he will work closely with agencies and clients to improve the quality and strategic insight of Collective’s digital brand offering.

 

“This role will allow us to work far more strategically with agencies and make sure clients are benefiting from our creative excellence and bespoke targeting across our range of brand formats whether that be Video, Rich Media, Impactful Display or Native advertising,” said Woolfe.

 

At the same time, Maxwell Jasper Brown has been promoted to group head across GroupM, VivaKi and IPG Mediabrands, while Liam Muckleston takes up the role of group head across Omnicom, Havas, Aegis and Independent agencies.

 

In addition, Sophie Wheeler, currently Senior Manager, Ad Ops & Account Management, is stepping up to the role of Head of Business Operations.
